The news sparked an uproar in the world because it is not the first time McDonald's is involved in cases that directly affect the health of people who consume their products.
According to the TBS television channel, the tooth was discovered on August 26 of 2014 by a customer of Osaka in one of the menus provided by the US multinational in the Asian country.
After the incident the establishment owners apologized to consumers while claimed that it is not their responsibility the quality of the products. "I have a young son and I dread to think who could swallow and choke," said the woman who found the tooth to the Japanese media.
Despite the efforts made by McDonald's to show the world that unhealthy cases are not as certain as has been reported, the image of several of its products continue to generate dissatisfaction to their consumers.
Six months after the case McDonald's publicly acknowledged that the client of an establishment of Osaka (Japan) actually spotted a human tooth in one of their menus.
